What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, business name and a securely hashed password.
- Receipts you upload and the details read from them.
- Billing records from Stripe (we never see or store your full card number).
- Basic activity logs, such as sign-ins and scans, to keep your account secure.
How we use it
To run your account, read your receipts, produce your exports, take payment and support you. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the app, database and files.
- Anthropic (Claude API) reads receipt images to extract the figures. Data sent through the API isn’t used to train models.
- Stripe handles payments.
- Resend sends account emails, if enabled.
How long we keep it
Until you delete a receipt or your account. Deleting your account removes your receipts and files straight away. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict processing. Most of this you can do yourself in the app. For anything else, or to complain, contact us; you can also contact the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
