Who we are

Vatly is provided by ibi apps (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

What Vatly does

Vatly stores the receipts you upload, uses AI to read them, and lets you export the results. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not tax, accounting or legal advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and returns. Always check AI-read figures before relying on them.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Only upload documents you have the right to store.
Don’t use Vatly for anything unlawful or to overload the service.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Each plan includes a number of AI scans per calendar month; unused scans don’t roll over. Changing plan is prorated. You can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Free-access codes are personal, have no cash value and may be withdrawn if misused.

Your data

You own your receipts and data. You can download them at any time and delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes your receipts and files. See the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Vatly available and accurate but can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Irish or EU consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
